Contract end date is fixed at November 30 of the contract year, per the maintenance season below.
The maintenance season runs March 1 – November 30 each year. Unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before the start of the next season, this Agreement automatically renews for another season under the same terms, subject to pricing adjustments.

03 · PAYMENT TERMS

A valid card must stay on file for the full term. The Client authorizes GH Landscaping LLC to charge this card for scheduled services, approved additional work, past-due balances, late fees, and returned-payment fees. If the card becomes invalid or is declined, updated payment information must be provided within 5 business days — services may be suspended otherwise.

04 · AGREEMENT TERMS

Terms & conditions

Service cancellations

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel, skip, or reschedule a visit. If notice isn't given and the crew arrives, the full visit amount is billed. Locked gates, unsecured pets, parked vehicles, or other access issues do not waive payment if the crew arrives as scheduled.

Property access

The Client provides reasonable access during scheduled visits and is responsible for securing pets, unlocking gates, clearing work areas, and marking underground utilities, irrigation, or hidden hazards.

Weather delays

Schedules may shift for weather, drought, equipment failure, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Contractor's control. Missed visits may be rescheduled at Contractor's discretion.

Additional services

Work outside the selected package — mulch, planting, sod, drainage, irrigation repair, renovations, tree work, storm cleanup, snow removal, hardscaping — is billed separately and may be approved by signed proposal, email, or text.

Late payments & collections

  • Accounts 15+ days past due may incur a 1.5%/month late fee (or the legal maximum).
  • Services may be suspended on delinquent accounts; repeated lateness may end service entirely.
  • Returned checks or failed payments incur a $50 fee.
  • Client covers reasonable collection costs and attorney fees as permitted by law.
  • All unpaid balances are due immediately upon termination.

Limitation of liability

GH Landscaping LLC is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles, unmarked irrigation or utility lines, pre-existing property conditions, weather events, or drought.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. GH Landscaping LLC may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, repeated declined charges, unsafe conditions, harassment of employees, or inability to access the property.

Entire agreement

This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior discussions or proposals. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
